They allowed us to leave our luggages to their place even after checking-out so that we didn't have to carry them while visiting the falls. They took us to our bus station for a price a lot cheaper than the cab. It saved us from a lot of hassle! The guesthouse itself is really nice and comfy. The chambers were nice, and the guests when we were there were cool too. Living room and kitchen are for everyone to use and it's really nice. Free pancakes, coffee and tea in the morning! It's also located from walking distance from Niagara Falls and that's really convenient. We couldn't have find a better place :)

It would have been a little cramped with four people and their luggage (which was capacity), but was perfect for the two of us. Carroll and Andre, the owners and hosts are great people, very friendly and helpful. We were driving up from West Point and arriving late at night. Carroll made arrangements for us to check in after-hours, and it was super easy. She greeted us in the morning and gave us a map and great tips on the attractions, while Andre made us pancakes. I would certainly stay here again, and would recommend it to anyone. Things to note: - There is only one bathroom with a shower, and it is shared amongst the rooms. Theres another half-bath in the hostel, but only one with a shower. - The house is old, though the furnishings are new and in good condition. If you're looking for a hostel, this is perfect. If you're looking for a plush B&B, this probably won't be enough for you.

I've done hostels before, including dorm rooms, but I'm close to 40 and a private room is higher on my list of priorities now. I booked a private queen. The room had a sink and shower in the room. There was a toilet and sink in the hall that was shared with another room (private queen) in the unit. Since it's only shared with one other room there wasn't a point where I had to wait to use the toilet. I think the setup for the toilets in the dorms would be different. The room/unit I was in also had a shared kitchen/living area and patio (again with just the one other room). I got a key card to enter the building and for the door for this unit, but there isn't a lock for the individual rooms. There's a lock on the inside of the door, but not outside when you leave. I had a luggage lock that I used on the room door when I left to go out. This isn't the most party hostel I've ever been too but there is a cafe/bar downstairs (The Only Cafe), so depending on when you're there it might be a little noisy. I had earplugs for any noise and it was fine. The location of this hostel is great, a 2 minute walk to the Donlands station, so you can get around easily. And Danforth has a lot of great local restaurants and shops too (close to Greektown). I think I paid $340 for 2 nights (weekend) in January. Not sure when I'll be back in Toronto, but this will be a contender for a place to stay.

Very legit hostel…read more The rooms are clean. The staff is friendly and the waffles with fruit for breakfast are AMAZING. There is a strong sense of community. Everyone staying at the hostel is friendly and open to sharing stories and meeting new people from around the world. I had to take a couple of work meetings, and found the internet to be a little slow/choppy. But other than that it was a comfortable stay. The Starbucks in the lobby was helpful, and the location is super walkable, right in the heart of downtown Hamilton. The complimentary water bottles were super useful and a nice touch. They had a nice terrace and held a low-key viewing event for the eclipse. All-in-all we had the perfect little weekend getaway thanks to the Sheraton!

Hotel is connected to Jackson Square and the bus terminal is right across the street. FYI: Go Bus serving YYZ and towards Richmond Hill has a stop in front of the hotel.

The showers and toilets are also built with a private feeling. Rooms are a little cramped but the styling makes up for it. The best part about the pods were the TVS inside each one! Everything about Two Peas is modern, clean and comfortable. I seriously did not want to leave! Staff was also super helpful and kind enough to give a tour of the space upon arrival. It's located in Chinatown on a really neat street as well. The only con I will say is that breakfast starts late at 8am. Due to my schedule I was not able to eat the free breakfast provided.

Every morning they serve a good hearty "breakfast-in-bed" delivered to your room at whatever time you choose the night before. Between 7am to 10am. The hotel is very close to the overcrowded Clifton Hill area which is home to an amusement park atmosphere. The hotel is also within good walking distance to the Falls, about a 20 -30 minutes walk along the promenade on the Niagara River. However, it's quiet at the hotel at all hours thankfully. I rarely heard any of my neighbors or outside noise. The bed was comfy, water pressure in the shower was good, and the AC worked properly. Breakfast in bed is delivered each morning if you request it. It was a lot of food for me so I opted out the rest of my trip.
