He added his physician's name as his company to avoid showing patients the honest review I posted on his company's page, Precision Foot & Ankle. Here is my original review again: Pros: Clean office. Nice staff. Very friendly office. Cons: I do not recommend Precision Foot and Ankle because over bills on his treatment, performs services without disclosing the fees of the services beforehand, does not inform you as a patient of what your insurance covers, recommends medicine that is considered high risk medicine and prescribed for more serious medical conditions and more importantly prescribes medicines and procedures that are not needed. He also performed a procedure that was not necessary and also caused more discomfort. After he sent me threatening letters, I added this review... UPDATE: I stand by my position that this office only cares about money and does not care about their patients... This office is not professional and should be avoided. I spoke with a staff member - she apologized for the over billing. She agreed it should not have happened, but she said the bill stands. She encouraged me to find another insurance company and to better understand what my insurance covers. So it's MY fault. She also agreed that she spent too much time telling me about her personal admiration for her mentor, the doctor, and her desire to go to medical school and not enough time disclosing to me what my own out of pocket responsibilities were for their services. They did this intentionally because if I knew this information I would pass on unnecessary x-rays and unnecessary charges ($112) for him cutting open a blister (he didn't even remove it, he just cut it open)! Finally, she agreed that they do not give patients a statement for services performed and that they have to do a better job about that (but they won't because then you can argue with them in person that they are over billing.)
