When I talked to her about these issues, she could have cared less. If you are looking for someone who doesn't know what she is doing and gives you wrong prices and then tells you how you are wrong then Julie is the right travel agent for you! If you are looking for a travel agent that can follow through on what they tell you, definitely go to another company.
