Unprofessional company that over promises and doesn't follow through. Then leaves me hanging dry…read more 10/3 Tues: Called in and spoke with Josh. Apparently he doesn't normally pick up. He told me that if we sent the artwork in and got it paid for, I would be able to receive a fabric backdrop by Friday. So I send the artwork and am ready to pay. However, it turns out they can't do it and he calls me that evening to tell me. Fine, but he tells me they can do a vinyl backdrop with matte finish. I'm told that I can see a photo of it to make sure it's to my liking. Ok, sure - so I wait. 10/4 Wed: A woman calls me in the am and apologizes for not being able to follow through but that a 5x7 vinyl backdrop is doable. Ok, that's fine - I ask for a photo again. I wait and I wait, but do not receive any photo resembling any backdrop for the entire day. Instead, I get a photo of a wall and curled backdrop that looks like it was mistakenly sent. I email them three times throughout the day "hey can I get an update on this?" By now, an entire 8 hours have passed so I send one last email: "Please help. Bringing to this to the top of your inbox." 10/5 Thurs: Josh emails me in the early am and says "Please contact a different company. We have cancelled your order. " Like, what? Why even string me along with empty promises if you're going to cancel on me like that with no explanation? When you tell me something, I'm going to have a certain expectation. This company straight wasted my valuable time. I would have just appreciated a simple 'no' in the very beginning. Instead, I was left to scramble and find another company on Thursday for a Friday deadline. Luckily, I was able to find Speed Pro and Joseph was able to take care of me. Paid him right away. Simple, like it should be.

Therefore, I needed someone to match the color and font on two stockings with the new grandkids' names. I spoke to several embroidery houses in town and no one would take my order, as they were afraid they could not deliver a good match and would ruin my last two stockings in a matched set. I visited with Kim and she told me to bring her one of the existing stockings and she would make a few "test" runs on scrap material to see if it was possible to duplicate the color and font. She could not have been more wonderful to work with. She completed the order and I cannot tell the newly embroidered stockings from the original set. She was a dream to work with and I highly recommend her, and her team, for any project you may have. Thank you Kim!!!!! Dawn W.

This has got to be one of the worst run businesses I've ever experienced!!! If I could give ZERO…read morestars, I would! PLEASE do not waste your time dealing with these extremely unprofessional people and please don't waste your hard earned money here either!!! I came in a week ago to simply get a copy of my car key cut to the new remote, which I had just bought elsewhere. The guy who cut the key charged me $50 for the new car key. I paid it and walked to my car to try it, but it didn't work to turn the ignition. I went back inside to tell him and he came out to try it himself, but it still did not work. He went back in to "re-cut" it, tried it again, and again after that, but it never did work. He told me that he would just put my old working key on my new remote and get me on my way. He did that AND KEPT THE FAULTY KEY. I asked for a refund for the key that he cut, which didn't work, and therefore could not be used, SO HE KEPT IT. He told me that he wasn't authorized to give refunds, but that I could come back any other day and that the manager would be able to help me with that. So I came in today, with my 2-month-old daughter in hand, for what I thought would be a quick and easy refund exchange, but instead was met with the MOST hassle that I have ever had to deal with from ANY business in order to get my money back. I walked in and explained my situation to the owner/manager and he straight up told me, "No, you don't get a refund for that. He went through the trouble to cut the key for you, didn't he?" I explained again that the key, which is what I paid for, didn't work, and ultimately WAS NOT GIVEN TO ME, so I would like my money back for that. He had the audacity to deny my refund, claiming that they did me a favor by swapping MY old key into MY remote. As if that's what I paid $50 for! He called the guy who originally cut the key and asked him about it. I'm not sure what the guy told him over the phone, but the owner laughed and said "No, I'm not doing that. I'll take care of it" Then he walked me outside and tried to tell me how I wouldn't be getting a refund for the key because the guy did me a favor by swapping my old key into my remote! I told him that I did not ask him to do that, nor is that what I paid $50 for, and THEY kept the faulty key! He told me it was still time spent and at best he could give me "half of my money back". HALF! As if that is an acceptable resolution for selling me defective product that I never received. I told him, no, that I wanted my full refund for the key I paid for that didn't work and I never received. I told him all the guy did for me was swap MY original key onto MY new remote, which I could've done myself. To that he said "Well, why didn't you?" I told him because he offered and didn't say anything about charging me, because if he had, I would've told him no. He told me "Half. Take it or leave it." I told him that I'm not leaving without my money back, and to that he told me, "Well, how about, just to get your ass outta here, I just take the key off, give you your money back, and you can put it on yourself!" I immediately told him to do it because I'm not paying $25 for anything that I can easily do myself and IS NOT what I was charged for in the first place. This whole exchange took place outside, in the cold, for about 30 minutes, while I was holding my two-month-old daughter in my arms, wrapped in a blanket, and this unprofessional, rude, and heartless manager couldn't care less about her wellbeing or helping me resolve the situation, when HIS BUSINESS was holding onto money I was charged for faulty merchandise that was ultimately not even given to me. I honestly can't believe that a business can operate with such blatant disregard for its customers, but I truly hope that this establishment doesn't last much longer, so they can't continue to scam, intimidate, or mistreat other people in the surrounding community. This place is a disgrace!
