I rate it a 4 and not lower because its a black owned and we should have negotiated a better deal for outselves I hate that they didn't treat us vip and all the "blues" artist didn't show ?? If they did we didn't see them. Still managed to have a good time because familar covers was preformed and @donyale_renee received her proclamation and gave a full out performance with a band and backup singers Plus we met all performaners that was there so it was still a good night

Isabella responded quickly to my text messages & after sending her a few photos I prayed and left it to her to create something amazing for our 1920's event. When I walked into the ballroom and saw the amazing helium bouquets she created for our centerpieces I nearly cried. They were so impressive and beautifully symmetrical. The 12ft archway welcomed our guests and could be seen thousands of feet away. Our guests, servers, and photographer were thrilled to take home the bouquets and have sent me photos of their kids waking up joyful to see the balloons still floating high the next day! Thank you Isabella and your team for bringing long so much joy, artistry and beauty to our event!

Heidi pays great attention to detail, she takes time to ask and observe what the child likes by chatting (and maybe looking at their outfit choice ex: colors, cartoons, etc).
