The saleslady, her name is Kaitlin, at the counter told me that she was closing out before my turn. So, I have to moved to another counter. So I noticed she cleaned the other counter and after a few minutes went back to her counter and ask customers to ring their stuff. All the while I thought she will closed her register, but no she just don't want to ring my stuff. So I complain about what she did, she mentioned because there's a long line to where I was in que. So I was upset and I told her that was a stupid decision on her part. She lacks customer service, so she called her assistant manager and even her manager, don't know what customer service is. Not even an apology for what her colleague did to me. I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK TO THIS STORE ANYMORE!!! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!

We rented her arched backdrops and she created a balloon arch over the backdrops. Since these decorations were for our wedding after party, we were obviously very busy at our actual wedding, and could not be there when she was setting up. However, she worked seamlessly with our wedding planner and the venue to coordinate the set up/breakdown of the decorations and she was super flexible with the timing. Texted several more times when I got there. Waited around and texted some more. Finally, they texted me back after I was long gone. I had already reserved glasses, chairs, tables, and linens to rent with this company and wanted to look over the wine glasses to make sure they were nice. The owner or whoever never showed up. According the to the hours posted, they were supposed to be open but no one was there. Luckily I called 4 Seasons Party Rentals and he was able to see me right away and did a great job for our 16-person lunch that raised $125,000. DO NOT use this business for party rentals. at almost $8,000 per person raised, it's not worth taking any chances. We need these donors and these donors need tables and chairs to actually show up. They could have completely ruined this important events. If you can't trust them to show up to a meeting, how can you trust them with your special event.
