And he would call me back the next day to confirm the particulars. Then the power outage happened! He couldn't call! What did this smart and resourceful kid do? He told his mother, Christina! She expressed sorrow that somehow she did not know this information earlier. On a Sunday, she jumped into action! Over the next two days all the beautiful fresh arrangements went exactly where they were supposed to with Christina overseeing all of it because of the inconvenience caused by a power outage that neither she nor her gifted son Chris caused. She made up for Mother Nature, here! I'm not local, in fact I live and work in Los Angeles, California. My sister is local and asked me to coordinate these flowers for her goodbye gifts to Cincinnati State where she served as Vice President for many years. Christina and Chris will great handiwork by Bella made it all possible. The reason for 4 stars was due to the service I witnessed two young men receive from the gentleman working at the counter. He insisted flowers had not been ordered from them and the receipt shown for pick up wasn't for their florist. The young men were pleasant and confirmed the order was placed. I didn't care for the tone of the gentleman speaking with them and purposely held back in case I could help. The young men weren't wrong - they had a boutonnière and corsage, and the name on the order - which had been taken by the same gentleman - had been misspelled.
