I understand this is a way for you to make as much money as humanly possible because the client is doing half of the work and your staff is always super busy. And in the small town of Louisville, where people may have not been to other large cities, don't understand this isn't a benefit and not on par with high level of service you receive in a bigger city. No one in their right mind would ask you to go into a freezing cooler go pick out your own flowers and then come back and wait for someone to put it together for you. I literally just keep coming to you because there's no one else over in this area but it's not because I like you. And when I left I had a fun little bouquet -- wrapped in a piece of burlap and closed with an old-school clothespin, completing the Instagrammable vibe -- that was for the most part easy on the wallet.
