And when I left I had a fun little bouquet -- wrapped in a piece of burlap and closed with an old-school clothespin, completing the Instagrammable vibe -- that was for the most part easy on the wallet. I'm all for businesses on wheels, a la food trucks, and Fleur & Frond takes that to a new flower-filled level.
