The flowers never arrived. I called and left several messages and then called their 800 number. After numerous attempts to reach the florist, I asked the 800 network to refund my money and they said they could not. They have been trying to reach the florist without any luck too but won't refund my money. I was told they need time to reach the florist first. Do not use this florist. I am very disappointed in their service because I used this florist last August without any issues.
