Sadly, the $65 I spent ($50 for flowers, plus delivery and tax) got me a blue vase, six red roses, three white carnations, and some greenery. They sent me a photo (see below) which I'd requested and that was nice. It's the only reason I gave them three stars (I would have given them two if not for this customer service). I asked if they could add a few more carnations so there would be more white in the arrangement. Carnations are one of the cheapest flowers so I wasn't asking for much, but they sent the arrangement as pictured with just the three. I think the whole thing looks cheap and thrown together, without any creativity at all. I'm very disappointed. I could have gotten two dozen long stemmed roses or a large red, white, and blue arrangement from one of the big online florists. Maybe going with a neighborhood business isn't all it's cracked up to be, or at least it doesn't appear to be with this florist.

The flowers never arrived. I called and left several messages and then called their 800 number. After numerous attempts to reach the florist, I asked the 800 network to refund my money and they said they could not. They have been trying to reach the florist without any luck too but won't refund my money. I was told they need time to reach the florist first. Do not use this florist. I am very disappointed in their service because I used this florist last August without any issues.

I called in my order, and the lady who helped me was so kind and had multiple recommendations that were suitable for each of my orders and customized to the family. Overall, the prices were more reasonable than online options, and I was told later that everything was delivered promptly and complemented by the family. I will absolutely order through them again, hopefully with better circumstances.
