They return my calls, emails or texts extremely promptly (usually within the hour sometimes within seconds!). If you are a small to medium business, this is an excellent choice.

This is how the company is to be ran, so I agreed to the 2500 thinking that my credit will be fixed, a couple of days later. He sends me a text message stating that I need to sign onto some website and I have to pay another fee of $23 every month for this service , so I asked why is this not part of the 2500 that I am now being quoted? I did not get an answer. as I request for a refund of my $400, he stated that he needed my bank account information and then I intern stated that we went through Zell when you initially took my payment. so why can't I have my payment the same way that I giving you the payment and this young man goes by saying that oh this is policy and my accountant will need to know how to do their books I stay I'm not comfortable with giving my bank information to you and that can you please just Zelle me the money the same way that I giving you so he gives me this long list and tells me that I can do it by mail but it's going to take for certified mail 90 days for me to receive a certified mailed check my recommendations will be to go somewhere else. At this point I don't think I am going to get the $400 back that I paid and so I guess I will have to see them in court.

5-Star Review for SOS INSURANCE & Ana Valdez and Team I've…read morebeen WITH SOS INSURANCEAna and team for years now, and they have been an absolute lifesaver for my business insurance needs. From the very beginning, they've handled everything with professionalism, care, and speed that you rarely see in the insurance world. They manage my workers' compensation, general liability, auto insurance, and umbrella policy -- all of it. No matter how busy things get on my end, they stay on top of everything and make sure I'm properly protected without any gaps or surprises. What really stands out is how fast they are. Need a Certificate of Insurance (COI) ASAP for a new job or client? They get it over to me same day, every time. Have a question about coverage or need updated information? They respond quickly and clearly, never leaving me hanging. Their whole team is responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Ana is fantastic to work with -- she's attentive, easy to talk to, and truly looks out for her clients. You can tell she and her team care about getting it right. If you're a business owner looking for reliable insurance agents who actually deliver, look no further. I highly recommend Ana Valdez and her team -- they've earned my business for the long haul! DO YOUR RESEARCH FIRST! Horrible experience and a very unprofessional President/CEO. I will be…read morefiling with BBB, DOI, and FTC against SOS Ins. I used SOS Insurance the first year I needed garage insurance, and everything went well. However, after needing to renew COI the second year, they didn't offer a competitive rate when I requested a quote (after having zero claims the first year, it should have gone down quite a bit based on my research). Unfortunately, it did not, so I decided to shop the market before making a final decision, which any business owner would do... I was transparent and shared that I was shopping for more competitive quotes. I received this email from Karen Lopez, which said to move forward with the alternative option and that they were closing my file on 3/24/26. On April 1st, another agent from SOS reached out, and I was still shopping for the most competitive rate. She sent me the best quote at the time, so I decided to move forward and start the paperwork. My current COI was set to expire on 4/8/26. On 4/6/26 (2 days before my current COI expired), Karen Lopez emailed me to say they had forgotten to add the comprehensive to that more competitive quote and noted the increased price. This appeared to be a bait-and-switch tactic by this business, which is illegal in the insurance world, so beware of similar tactics. After declining the increased quote, the CEO/President, Amir F. Tajalli, emailed me, stating that I would be "placed on the do not solicit list" and "not to waste another second on this policy." I've never seen a CEO/President act so unprofessionally, unethically, and condescendingly. Amir's aggressive email was unnecessary as I was just a consumer doing my research. In conclusion, be careful with this company. Seems like a poor business operation and a poor owner on a power trip with insurance... lol! It was extremely frustrating going through this with them, as I take my company more seriously. I'm over it now and just shaking my head and laughing about it, but I definitely want to deter anyone from using this company in the future and dealing with this type of situation.
