Remodeling is not for the faint of heart--it is messy, and unexpected issues arise throughout the process. That said--Armando is honest, approachable, and takes any concerns seriously. LIAR & THIEF! DO NOT HIRE! I paid Dan Jones for the…read moreflooring materials, the cost of tile demo, and for counter top materials because he was going to also install my new counters. 1) I found out he never paid for the flooring. 2) His workers started calling me because he never paid them for the demo. 3) He took my money for the counters. I finally kicked him off the job site once he well-exceeded the agreed upon time frame, and I saw how horribly he was installing my new flooring. It wasn't until after I fired him that I found out he hadn't used my money for what it was intended. So I not only had to repurchase counter materials with a new contractor, but I also had to pay someone to come in and fix the terrible flooring job he had started. Do not, I repeat, do NOT hire him.
