Let me start off by saying the store itself and the lay out are quite lovely. I came to the store to have two sports jerseys reframed in their prior frames as I had them pulled out to photo match them. After leaving the frames and two jerseys I got a call from the manager wanting to charge me 780 dollars each for matting, mounting and installation. I paid 650 dollars per jersey to frame them with the frame over a year ago. Their prices are beyond where the buses don't run and they are indifferent. Price gouging to an extreme! I enjoy collecting art and have used several framers all over the country. The owner of this shop is incompetent and a first class jerk. I brought them a simple framing project and he refused to do the job after wasting my time trying to sell me an I store frame. When I said I wanted my frame used he refused and was rude. He wasted an hour of my time and was not professional. I suggest you go to Michaels at half the cost and professional treatment. read more

Best service ever! I took in two very large, 4' x 6' , original paintings to have them rewired for hanging. Not only did they do an admirable job of dusting them with compressed air, as a kindness. But they did them while I waited so I didn't have to leave my precious art (to me) and then transport them a second time. I was truly impressed with the effort and quality of their work, the friendly attitude and lightening speed of the finished product. I could not be happier or more impressed. We had about 30 photos (different sizes) we planned to hang on the wall in 4 different areas. Getting them straight, equally spaced and artfully arranged was not something we really wanted to tackle but what other choice did we have? Someone mentioned Hall of Frames so I gave them a call. They scheduled an appointment to come out and take care of the photos and a few other items. They sent a couple of email reminders and Rob arrived on time. He did a great job! If you are on a budget, this is not a place for you. However, if you're looking to enhance the value of your art, the quality and service are second to none, and certainly well worth the price. We brought in a collection of 3 very rare Asian tapestries I brought from Abu Dabi and was unsure how to display them, until all my questions got answered at the store, including picking the right style of frames and colors of matting to match the tapestry perfectly. The finished product was unveiled to us a couple of weeks later and we could not believe how great everything looked. The framing definitely increased the value of the art. Andrew and Mike really know what they're doing. I had an idea about the type of frame I wanted for some photos, and they gave excellent advice and recommendations for some options. The store has a vast array of styles from which to choose. The end result exceeded my expectations, looks very professional, was finished before the date promised and really enhanced the photos. I'd recommend checking their web site for current deals and coupons. Framing always seems to be more expensive than you'd expect, but there are many pieces and a lot of labor that go into the work to produce a professional-looking result. Do not skimp, it's worth it.
