He was polite and professional in how he explained College Works, assessed the home, and provided a written quote on the spot. I really like this company's concept. They hire college students to manage the work and company representation. It gives them real-life experience. These reps appear on the job sites to watch over progress and quality, and it is their future on the line if the painters were to fail. (Future because they are working for references.)
