HSBC has been recently refurbished and now resembles a wierd kind of futuristic airport lounge. Not…read moresure if this is good or bad thing. It is open plan which makes it look much bigger. The only problem is if you need to speak to someone you have to hang around in the middle of the shop until a member of staff approach you. There is a coffee/tea/hot chocolate machine near the comfy seating if you need to wait to see an advisor.
