I wanted to cancel an additional account the other day, I was waiting a little while as the member of staff sorted this for me, whilst this was going on, the bank manager came to the desk waiting for the member of staff's attention, I stood back and let the manager before me, the member of staff swiftly told me that I was the customer and I came first, which the manager re-iterated. This was a nice touch to be made to feel important, but I didn't mind at all.

Sometimes when you come in here during the week the ques are very long but the staff help you with the self service if you are in a hurry and don't have time to wait. last year i had some fraud on my bank account and the natwest fraud team went out of their way to inform me how much had been stolen and within the month they recovered all of my money and they started a police investigation to find out who had done it. I was so pleased with how far they went to help me and all they did to prevent this from happening again. I have been with many banks in the past but this is by far the best i wouldn't change for anything.
