Sadly, they decided to clean the men's bathroom for cleaning, just as travelers were piling in for lunch. Brilliant. To make matters worse, the soda machine was malfunctioning. So, no drink with that combo meal. And to top it off, as the man worked on the machine, it splattered brown sludge on our pizza box and diaper bag. You can't make this stuff up. That said, I did eventually make it into the restroom, and it wasn't disgusting. And the selection of drinks and foods was decent. So, two stars, not one.

I asked the cashier (couldn't get her name but she looked white wanna be Latina ) but she told me she didn't know anything in a very rude tone and then she said "he is always here " so apparently she did know something. The dog seem distressed and hurt it was limping poor thing. Every staff in that dirty disgusting gas station were careless. I called animal control! I hope the poor dog is ok :(

Any time we make a pit stop, there's no complaints in the restrooms except the fact that their soaps are super high up. Who the heck is tall enough to be stretching their arms way up there in a different zone. Someone like me that's a normal average height at 4'11" can't reach it that well unless I tiptoe. All their stuff is always stocked and there's plenty of space to gas up. If you're traveling and need to take a shower, I always hear them say "number _ _ your shower is ready" so don't worry you can stop to use the restroom or take a shower. This Love's is located off of the freeway, so it's not out of the way. It's located in a convenient area so you can stop and grab your stuff, gas up and go. Staff is okay, they don't engage w customers, but they are always on top of restocking or helping if you need help.
