I tried to elaborate that they are rubber O-rings that are safe to use with fuel to be told they don't sell them. No attempt to look them up or see if they could maybe be ordered. Seriously how can a motor factors not know what O-rings are or be able to supply them? Ordered them online instead, why bother trying to support local businesses when this is the level of "service" they provide.

He does repairs, servicing and MOT's, and gives advance warning of necessary work, e.g. those brake pads/tyres are only good for another (so many miles). His work has always been of excellent quality too.
