It is now sitting in their garage for yet another week. No courtesy calls to let us know how it's going and when we can expect it back. I am not sure how they sell any cars when this is how they treat their customers. will never purchase from them again and I highly recommend you don't as well. AVOID at all costs.

The service was very helpful and friendly, but they did try and push the finance on to you which I didn't like, offering extra discounts that would have been cancelled out by the finance agreement interest rate. They got the car taxed, MOT'd and serviced and threw in a CD player, so I was pleased with the service.

He didn't want to do anything with the breaks as they don't need it for another 4 months and he also said my window wipers looked quite new, was I sure? ...I bought them cheap last year and they're pretty poop do I've got brand new ones now so I can see again, I'm sure the roads of Manchester will be happy! Also do free fitting with parts and gave my car a clean inside and out because "it's a little muddy" haha (my office is a building site atm!!!)

I came back after 9 hours, I'd had no phone call or updates all day. I was told by the young man that greeted me that my 11 years old car was too old and he couldn't even get a quote for parts. I was surprised and taken aback and amazed that they hadn't even called to let me know. I started to ask if they might still try again to get the parts and was rudely and aggressively shouted at. The man then turned to walk away. I had to ask if I could have my key and without looking back he shouted over his shoulder, it's in the car. It was not in the car, and I had to come back in for it. I understand that not all faults can be repaired. But I did get this repaired elsewhere and it was less than an hour and an easy part to obtain. Even after a bad day there's no need to be rude to people who are in need of assistance and paying for your service.

Advisories from earlier tests were not identified on further tests, despite the work not being done, and work was recommended when not essential. How often do you compare the previous years certificate with the new one? The most serious problem was the missing of a ball joint issue which failed less than 4 months after testing despite almost £400 worth of work having been recommended/done. Fortunately it failed on a car park not a motorway but the vehicle had to be scrapped! Will not use again.

Tradesmen said it hadnt been in accident when in truth they didnt know as hadnt bothered inspected, go there at your peril, if something goes wrong they are awful! we are now going to court and have trading standards involved, its gone again for the 3rd time, and we are now out of warranty same fault!
