    I purchased a vehicle from Parkhills Car Centre in November 2019. A couple of days later, the…read morevehicle displayed a charging system fault and I emailed them to advise of this, they told me to have it diagnosed, I did and paid to have it "fixed", however, the error was only the tail of the problem, one of many misleading errors showing to the diagnostic machines, this vehicle is a big problem. Over the course of the year ahead right up until today, the car has developed several errors, twice dangerously all the lights started flashing, power steering stopped working whilst I was driving, and I am left with it. I did email the company a couple of days afterward, but they were unhelpful in my opinion, I have spent over £2000 to remedy the problem, at no point did Parkhills Car Centre offer to fix the problem. I did have the AA, an official Landrover dealer deal with each problem as well as a couple of individual garages that dealt with each error message in the best way they could, however after only a couple of uses the car would throw up more errors, what a nightmare. The dealer has denied there was a problem since I purchased it, however the sheer number of problems indicating anything from the key receiver requiring replacing (Cost over £700, done by Landrover Inverness) after the vehicle decided not to recognise keys or start the car, to the constant error, shows how unreliable and indeed unroadworthy the car was. At no point has the company offered to take the car and fix it, instead they argue that the problems are nothing to do with the charging system fault error. All along the vehicle is showing 15.1V power, I have replaced both the alternator and battery twice to no avail, as well as the key receiver being done by Landrover Inverness. Parkhills may reply to this with a load of guff, but I am willing to share receipts on demand, as well as contacts of those who have worked on this worthless piece of junk. I would not purchase from this company again, never again.

I had a Toyota Corolla I bought from this dealership. After 18 months I decided to sell it and a salesman at the garage assured me they would buy it and to bring it in. The car was immaculate, low mileage and full service history (serviced at Toyota Bury). I had a day off work and arrived at the garage, the salesman in question and the manager looked over the car and offered me an insulting 12k. They then went on to say "We shouldn't do this but We Buy Any Car will offer you £500 more if you take it there". Bear in mind I purchased the car and had it serviced at Toyota Bury. I eventually sold the car 3 days later to a Toyota dealership 200 miles away who paid 1.5k more than these untrustworthy guys and came and collected for free. If you want a Toyato from a dealership, do yourself a favour and stay well clear from these people.

Anthony spoke to us like we were a waste of his time and an inconvenience. The moment we were put through he was rude, aggressive in tone, frustrated, unprofessional and disrespectful. Half the call was just him being reluctant to even open our file to assist. I repeatedly asked him to calm down and I asked if he could email the explanation over as we didn't appreciate his tone, he refused and then insulted me. Under no circumstance should a customer be spoken to like that. In the end, our usual salesman was actually able to answer the question so I've no idea why we were even put through to him. The after-sales attitude we received from the manager unfortunately means we'll be taking our business elsewhere in future.
