Yr 5 Did not do all jobs required (I asked them to check tailgate strut but they didnt bother) Yr 6 Full service but they didnt bother to collect until 11.30 so could not do full service. Did not check tailgate strut. Yr 7 Failed MOT due to rear brake light bulb fail and stpring broken. Spring not in stock so carless for two days which meant my family was grounded. Did not bother to check strut (again). Did not bother to send me video showing what was wrong. Shocking service for what is a nice car (XC60). Never going there again.

Their approach is if they cant find a error code in the diagnostic machine then its £140 charge. How is this justifiable? It leaves the customer in a very difficult position and no support from them. Their attitude is making money, even if you have a replacement car its £10 admin charge, what for somebody doing their job! AVOID AT ALL COSTS, the warranty isn't worth the paper its written on.!!!

I had a good drive in the car while he went through some of the features in the car. When i picked the car up again Andy went through everything and the process went very smoothly. I met Scarlett who did the hand over she went through all the features in the car patiently showing me which buttons to press for all the options, again easy to talk with, Scarlet rang me a couple of days later to make sure everything was ok with the car and if i had any issues with some of the features which was very nice of her. 1 star is too much! daughter bought car from here, it had been involved in accident, and broke down…read morevirtually every week, they tried to charge them to get it repaired saying it wasnt covered on warranty were smarmy, unhelpful and rude, we are now going through trading standards to reject the car, £6500 it cost, so it wasnt a small amount. Tradesmen said it hadnt been in accident when in truth they didnt know as hadnt bothered inspected, go there at your peril, if something goes wrong they are awful! we are now going to court and have trading standards involved, its gone again for the 3rd time, and we are now out of warranty same fault!

Let me start by saying if you are willing to spend your money then Toyota Bury will let you spend…read moreit. However, this is as helpful as it goes. I had a Toyota Corolla I bought from this dealership. After 18 months I decided to sell it and a salesman at the garage assured me they would buy it and to bring it in. The car was immaculate, low mileage and full service history (serviced at Toyota Bury). I had a day off work and arrived at the garage, the salesman in question and the manager looked over the car and offered me an insulting 12k. They then went on to say "We shouldn't do this but We Buy Any Car will offer you £500 more if you take it there". Bear in mind I purchased the car and had it serviced at Toyota Bury. I eventually sold the car 3 days later to a Toyota dealership 200 miles away who paid 1.5k more than these untrustworthy guys and came and collected for free. If you want a Toyato from a dealership, do yourself a favour and stay well clear from these people.

Anthony spoke to us like we were a waste of his time and an inconvenience. The moment we were put through he was rude, aggressive in tone, frustrated, unprofessional and disrespectful. Half the call was just him being reluctant to even open our file to assist. I repeatedly asked him to calm down and I asked if he could email the explanation over as we didn't appreciate his tone, he refused and then insulted me. Under no circumstance should a customer be spoken to like that. In the end, our usual salesman was actually able to answer the question so I've no idea why we were even put through to him. The after-sales attitude we received from the manager unfortunately means we'll be taking our business elsewhere in future.
