Went to this store for the first time as I live 4 hours away and I was in need of some help as my car didn't want to charge my phone anymore and I only had 5% battery. Doing a 4 hour journey home with 5% battery was not a good idea. Went into the store looking at some options with what to do and both staff members a lady and man who were happy to help and try and figure out a solution. The male member of staff, I couldn't thank enough he went out of his way to look at the fuses and try and change them to then later discover none of them had blown. He then, rewired me a new cigarette lighter for me, so I was able to charge my phone and get home! A massive thank you to this store for going out of your way to help me. i took my son instore to buy him his first big boy bike. after much deliberation he decided on the one he wanted. the helpful man on the till said they would need a few days to build it but they had 2 instock in the back. when i went to collect it a few days later i was told they didnt have one, except the display model. i was quite angry but to give them credit we quickly came to an agreement that they would include some accessories for free as i had been messe around. the store is split over 2 floors, with bikes and car seats on the uper floor. down stairs there is a range of car gadgets including stereos, sat navs, plus styling accessories, cleaning products and camping equiptment. not a bad little shop, wiv plenty of staff on hand to help and there is ample parking. the store is situated just away from the main shopping area in the town in a retail park area read more

Thought Id just nip in before I started work, its supposed to open at 9am. I was still sat in the carpark waiting at ten past, all the shop staff just hanging around outside smoking and on mobiles waiting too. Once I eventually gained access to the store and needed help the abundance of staff before had gone into hiding. Once help was acquired the young girls' knowledge of products available and car specifications was non existent. If you need experts maybe this isn't the place for you. A totally different world from the Halfords in Bury which was manned by enthusiastic knowledgeable people. Will be using this store again only in dire emergency and I know what I need. read more
