The shop only has a small space for 2 max cars to park in.It doesnt have any other parking and you cant park on the road as its alwasy full of parked cars too. I often use the garage opposite to park in and run over to the shop. The shop is tiny but stocks basics like oil, screen wash, washing equipment etc. The staff in here are alwasy very helpful and can normally order you in whatever you need and at great prices too.

The shop is meduim sized selling products ranging from cleaning equipment to subs and head units. This isnt a car store that stocks car parts though like halfords does. its more for the young lads wanting to supe up there cars! Prices are reasonable though, and staff are very helpful and friendly.

don't know where to start. I never complain about anything so for me to write a bad review means I…read moream seriously disgusted and appalled by the way I was treated at this centre. To start with I had to ring the centre 3 times trying to find out what was going on with my car getting a very rude man on the phone every time. I finally got a call back at 4pm after dropping the car off at 9am telling me my car had failed and needed £600 worth of repairs doing, I was so shocked by the news I asked for a breakdown of exactly what needed doing & prices etc he then became even more short tempered & rude thinking just because I am a girl I would just hand over the money. I started ringing round getting quotes for what he said needed doing & instantly knew he was ripping me off. I said I would take the repairs elsewhere & bring it back for the retest first thing in the morning. As he had left it so late to let me know about the car I was rushing around like crazy to get the bits fixed as it had to be back first thing in order to get my free re test. It was the most stressful evening & morning but I was able to get the car back to the garage first thing in the morning. When I arrive at the garage explaining I had it all sorted & just needed the retest he then seemed annoyed that I had managed to get it done elsewhere all for £170!!!!! £430 cheaper than what they had quoted I was appalled!!! He then went on to tell me he couldn't guarantee a time for me retest, even though he told me to get it down first thing in the morning in order to get it down. I was fuming!! I had to arrange transport to get to work but because I finished late, they would be shut the time I finish. He finally seemed like he wanted to help me an offered to leave it outside if I left my spare key. Once I finally made it back to Chelmsford after having to get the bus & walk across town to get to this joke of garage my car is no where to be seen. I honestly thought the garage couldn't get any worse, but of corse it did. I cannot explain the rage I was feeling. I later find out the mechanic told them to bring the car in. So he clearly was seriously taking the p**s out of my life! I am so upset with how I was treated & think it's disgusting how people like this can still have a job. I would seriously recommend everyone staying away and if I had the time I would be standing outside with a board telling everyone to stay away I am that appalled!!!!!!! Oh and just to add, he then added a list long of advisory repairs on my retest that hadn't flagged up on my first test!!

Visited the Chelmsford site yesterday afternoon (30/04) with my partner to look for a used Mokka,…read moreWe spent a good 10 minutes on the forecourst looking at a couple that we were interested in. No staff outside on the forecourt and there were a number of potential customers milling around. Went inside to find no staff on the shop floor either, was seen by 3 members of staff hiding in the offices as the back and after 5 minutes standing around not one of them aknowledged our presense, even tho they had clearly seen us waiting. As we went to leave one of them finally appeared and asked if we wanted something? Told him that he'd taken to long to see us and that we were leaving, to which his resonse was "whatever" I hope this is just a blip in customer service either that or all these 5 star reviews are fake, but rest assured we will not be taking our business elsewhere. We will also be conacting the mangement tomorrow to lodge a formal complaint as that level of contempt is disgusting. Cannot give zero stars otherwise would have been zero stars

This Vauxhall dealership is hidden away down a slip road but very easy to get to. Theres plenty of…read moreparking to the side of the dealership too. Its has a huge forecourt full of different models of Vauxhalls all at competitive prices. The staff do like to come out and pounce on you as soon as you start looking around the cars though, which can be anoyying if youve only come to look. They will let you test drive any car they have on the forecourt happlily. I suggest you do go there during opening hours though as if you go after and look around the cars an alarm sets off saying the police will be called!
