They are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I had a repair done at another shop and it never quite got sorted correctly. I found Stort Valley Cycle and they sorted it the first time and the gears have been smooth ever since! The last time I needed something done, I was in a huge time crunch and I was apologetic to the staff, but needed something down quickly before going out of town. They sorted the bike out quicker than expected and I had time to spare! Well done guys!!

They sell bikes and accessories for adults and children and are a very knowledgable bunch. They also sell spares and do repairs and servicing for your bike and charges are very reasonable - they recently changed a whole new brake caliper set on my son's bike and only charged me a tenner. It's a popular outlet and due to this in bussy periods in may take some time for them to turn your repair or servicing request around. But personally I wouldn't go anywhere else for bike spares and repair - friendly and efficient independent outlet that really looks after its customers.

This is a local traditional bike shop offering honest value for money bicycle servicing and repairs…read morethat goes the extra mile if they can fix it they will if it's not cost effective then they tell you and give you choices/alternatives. They sell parts and accessories too as well as new bikes including Raleigh. The shop is a bit of a Tardis you need to go inside to appreciate just how much stuff is there. They also cut keys. Website is worth a visit too gives a bit of background. Why 4 stars? They shut at 4.00 pm apparently they are going to change in the future so will give them the extra star if and when they extend opening hours as this is my only quibble!

He's always happy to have a chat and work out the best solutionto your cycling needs, be they professional or for the kids and anywhere in between.
