The price quoted on the phone was reasonable, and cheaper than most of the others that I sought. A few hours after dropping the vehicle off, I was contacted by the garage to let me know that they were having trouble fitting the units. They had also been proactive and been in contact with the company that I had bought the units from to seek advice. Unfortunately, the units were not compatible with the vehicle (not the garages fault - this was a listing error by the internet seller). The guys put back the old lights and left the vehicle in exactly the same way that it was when I dropped it off. Although they still carried out virtually the same amount of work, they charged me a small proportion of the quoted price, which I felt was brilliant customer service and very honest of them. I would not hesitate to use them again.

What is good is that the owners live a few yards away from the shop so your car is safe when left with them. Also their MOT test centre has been running since 2003 and is popular with the locals. You can book your MOT on line or speak to one of the staff. Whats really cool is that you can set up a reminder of your MOT and they will remind you when its near the time. Great, especially for me!

When I went in to get a front light fixed they noticed a back one was out also and replaced that; when I had to get a new battery it cost less than the AA guy quoted me for my car to be fixed at an AA suggested garage.
