Heaven on earth. They have pretty any beer you could ask for. It takes me 30 minutes just to see the selection. They have over 20 taps for growlers. In my opinion, the coolest part was the 16oz growlers. read more

Words can not describe how amazing this beer supermarket is. Half Time is a beer drinkers paradise. Just what the Westchester area needed!

Beer paradise! The store is huge with an amazing selection. If you can't find it here, it probably doesn't exist. I was looking for some sour ale's and the staff was great, walking around the store to show me what they had available and explaining the differences. There was a wall of beers for growlers, which I didn't try on this visit. Anything in the store can be bought as an individual bottle so you can try something out to make sure you're into it before buying more. I'll definitely be going back! read more

The Home Depot of beers. Place is absolutely massive, aisle upon aisle of beer from all over the world and the nation. Supplies to brew your own, and no judging here - fair share of domestic safe picks like Coors and Bud to go with hard to find craft beers from way out west to up in Vermont. As for staff - super knowledgeable about what they sell. It's a bit out there for me coming from the west side of Westcheter and I would say the overall selection, even through they are MUCH LARGER, is not much better than Deciccio's. Then again, that's more a preference thing, Half Time does have more selection so they may have that hard to find brew you're seeking. read more

Half Time has gluten-free beer. I can drink beer again! They bill themselves as having the world's largest selection of beer, so with the gluten-free, I have a choice from more than a dozen labels. I'm working through the Lakefront New Grist Sorghum Beer and will then give the New Planet Raspberry Ale a try (that means at least a four-pack). The rest of Half Time's immense selection of world beers is worth an extended browse (my eyes can feast on all the gluten they want). If you like beer, if you are devoted to the stuff, this is the place. read more

Walking in to this store is an impressive experience. They have aisle after aisle of craft beer. I started with a 6-pack holder moved to a basket and ended up with a cart of beer before I left. You can buy 12oz beers by the bottle, 6-pack, or case. They also have a large selection of larger bottles as wells 3 sizes of growlers to fill from their 22 taps. My new favorite store! A huge selection of beer from all over the world. Walk in and tell one of the expert staff what you like, and they will assemble you a selection of beer that you've never heard of in the style and that you'll love. You can buy by the individual bottle; from countries like Austria, Belgium, Germany, Japan, China, etc; you can fill a growler or two with fresh beer on tap to take home and enjoy. I went down there with my brother to pick up some beers for a wedding. Holy Moley does this place have selection. It's a supermarket with nothing but beer. They have them separated by time and country. You can make your 6 pack and can even fill up a growler with hundreds of different beers. The staff was also very friendly and courteous. Half Time was amazing. My husband and I stopped by after a visit to Captain Lawrence Brewing. It was about a 20 minute ride, but so worth it. I've never seen a beer store so big! They have everything you would possibly want and more. We are from Jersey and were so excited to see some Cigar City beers (not distributed near us). And they have an entire wall of the Goose Island BCBS which is impossible to find near us. On top of their great selection, the staff was helpful without being overbearing. Someone came over and asked if I needed any help. Initially I said no, and he disappeared down the aisle. But when I did have a question, he was easy to find and happy to help. We ended up chatting with some of the employees and they were eager to talk beer with us. Although we live an hour away, we'll definitely be back. It's worth it. read more

The place is amazing, and the staff is great (as one reviewer mentioned, not beer snobby). The only problem I have with Half Time is that I don't have enough self discipline to walk out with just one or two six packs. So if you're like me, then bring a few extra bucks and enjoy. This place has the largest selection of craft beer around. It's very well organized (by country) and the staff is very helpful and knowledgable. On a few occasions I took the recommendation of a staff member and was glad I did. They have a nice selection of rotating drafts which you can sample. If you can't find what your looking for here chances are it's not available in the state. read more

This place is fantastic! Best selection of beer, hands down, and everyone who works there is friendly and knowledgeable. Last time I was there the person helping me (Sean I think) made some suggestions based off the style of beer I was looking for and everything I picked up was right on point.
