We ordered the potato burrito and strawberry French toast to split. The strawberry French toast and the salsa that came with the burrito were excellent! I did also appreciate the fresh jalapeños. Cons: The burrito itself was really bland. I think it could have benefited from a lot more seasoning in the eggs and in the potatoes. Also the tortilla and guacamole tasted store bought and not fresh made. Being able to dip it in the salsa really saved it, but the burrito was overall a let down.

We were two women visiting solo and he kept trying to ask us if we had plans to party or get drunk. I think it was his way of making small talk, but it was very odd. The sandwiches were small and overpriced for what you received. I was expecting a gourmet sandwich and they are just your run of the mill what appears to be grocery store and jarred ingredients. I ordered the grilled cheese and my friend ordered the caprese. We both left wishing we had just gotten ingredients at the grocery store and made sandwiches where we were staying instead of going to this food truck.

I had the Mack Truck sandwich with Mac n cheese and brisket on inverted toasted hamburger buns along with some delicious potato salad. I would be an interested in trying the other interesting sandwiches on the menu with truck themed names. The toast on the sandwich was a pretty cool idea because it looks similar to Texas toast. My dad got the brisket plate and my husband and mother got the hamburger baskets with onion rings and French fries. Everything was delicious and the restaurant was very clean. Tory took our orders and described the menu perfectly. The service was very attentive and they stayed on top of the drink refills.
