He was very kind and was doing his best to help us. Where as the manager could use some customer service classes. She ATTEMPTED to take out order and just stopped talking to us and wouldn't respond. So we drove up and got ignored and she came outside to check and see how many cars were out there assuming she thought we had just left. She came to the window and told us our total and we told her we never finished and she just closed the window and walked away like we were such a bother. Please find a manager that doesn't hate their job or get them some customer service training. They are so nice and excited about the new venture. Stop by and support because it was a fun novelty snack. We had latte and coffee too! We purchased the Bavarian nuts at the counter. After we opened them we quickly consumed all the nuts because they were so good. We thought we'd save some for later, but it was not meant to be. We have one bag left to eat on the plane home... that is if we don't sneak the nuts on the way to the airport
