Honestly, I would give her 6 stars if I could. I came in on one crutch with a foot issue that had been flaring up for over 7 months. Her evaluation was incredibly thorough, and she took the time to clearly explain what was going on and how to fix it. By my second visit, the improvement was remarkable--I felt like I could skip out of the office. Beyond her expertise, the entire experience was exceptional. Her staff is warm, welcoming, and efficient. I was even able to get a same-day appointment, which completely surprised me. And what really sets her apart--Dr. Delson personally followed up after my visit to check on how I was doing. That level of care is rare. If you're dealing with pain and want real results from someone who genuinely cares, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

DO NOT sign up for Dr. Lominchar's "Personalized Care Program" unless you would like to waste your…read moremoney on the absolute worst service ever received. It is a complete scam. Dr. Lominchar will not provide you with same day or next day appointments. It took me three weeks to be seen in person for reasons partially explained below. Your appointment will not be on time. You will like wait at least 45 minutes to be seen. She will not spend extra time with you to review your personal health. When I told her I was experiencing hair loss she asked if I had just started a new relationship. I, in fact, have had a history of thyroid issues which was never addressed. When I said I was not in a new relationship, she put me in a room with headphones on to listen to a "brain tapping" message that said "you can still have a big heart even if you're not esthetically pleasing." In addition, the cost of my GENERIC medication nearly doubled from my previous appointment (making it essentially the same price as the brand name) which was never communicated to me. They said it was because the medication was back ordered. I received it in two days. And when I asked to be refunded for the $950 I had paid to be part of the "special" program since I had received ZERO of the promised benefits, she said she would allow that and I was given the number to call to make the request only to learn that she had lied to me and I would only be refunded for the remainder of that specific period. Meanwhile, there were messages posted at the office 4 months after the start of the program stating that other patients still had time to sign up for the program which I was told I had to sign up for immediately in order to be seen. Furthermore, good luck getting ahold of anyone in the office. If you leave a message with them, they promise to get back to you within 24-48 hours. If you have a life or an job and happen to miss the call, you end up waiting another 24-48 hours. Only once has anyone actually ever answered the phone. Finally, I was told that even though I would know longer be part of her "Specialized Care Program" I could still see her for weight loss. Yet when I called to get my refill for that medication, Dr. Lomichar said she could no longer assist me with that after all and that I should find another prescriber. WITH PLEASURE. The saddest part is that I was actually excited about the program that Lominchar was selling. Too bad she and her team are not equipped to actually provide that program in the least.

Needless to say, that did NOT sit well at all. Also, the medical assistant neglected to introduce the other person in the room, who I figured out to be a nurse in training but it was very odd. Overall, I really do like Dr. Lominchar I just wish the wait wasn't two hours and her staff stayed in their lane.

I have been a patient of Dr. Herbert for many years, and I recall her saying that she would consider my treatments to be like "restoring an antique ", and I have come to believe she has been doing just that! I have come to expect dizziness and lethargy to be a given, for me, to address each day, for the Parkinson's, as well as for blood pressure and to help my pacemaker work the best. For the past few weeks, I have been working diligently, building a hen house and clearing underbrush as well as putting in this year's garden, to have plenty of fresh vegetables to share. Also, for the past few weeks, I have found myself working at a much slower pace, and falling asleep frequently, each day, almost uncontrollably. Dr. Herbert said it was time for another Ozone Treatment, so I had another appointment on Saturday for a "10-Pass Treatment" on the marvelous German machine at the clinic--unlike anyone else in the Lowcountry has--which is capable of compressing TEN office visits (with all of the.associated expenses--not to mention the time saved!) into ONE visit! I started my workday at 7:25 this morning...I stayed steadily busy doing fairly hard work all day, without any involuntary compulsive dozing... My clock says it is almost 3:00 a. m. now...my energy level tells me that I could stay up even longer, but common sense tells me I need to get a little sleep...i am looking forward to anther good day at work today, and my waterbed is calling me!
