Tamara's women's circle was a profound space for me, in a very essential way to my transformation journey. Having participated in numerous healing and spiritual practices and modalities over the years, it was finally time for me to work a few core issues in a safe, female identified-only space. Working with Tamara has been an incredibly transformative experience for me. I originally came to her for help healing a great deal of sexual trauma, and as we have worked together she has also been able to help me with extreme childhood abuse and family trauma, as well as how these things have been shaping my marriage and other relationships. Even more, Tamara has helped me identify and begin healing wounds that were so deep that I didn't even know they were there. She has also helped me identify many trauma responses I had actually believed were just aspects of my personality. Tamara is incredibly intuitive and her insights have changed my life for the better. I no longer have suicidal ideation, daily panic attacks, nightmares, social anxiety, agoraphobia, intrusive thoughts, flashbacks to traumatic events, and I'm healing my disorganized attachment style. The inner and outer work I have been able to do because of working with Tamara has been transformational to my whole experience of this life, this body and this world. I have had the gift of working with Tamara when I was so far from myself because of sexual assault and trauma. When I started working with Tamara, I felt like shattered glass. After working with Tamara, I felt like a mosaic and beginning to connect with myself through my breath and my boundaries. A decade of practice and living moved me forward and on a treadmill at the same time with all the aspects of my life. One of 2020's greatest gifts has been the opportunity to work 1:1 with Tamara again. I am so grateful I had this opportunity to continue this work with Tamara now. I am in my body, connected to my breath and my boundaries and now able to face areas where I have been frozen by fear.
