We wanted to get some kind of healing session together to support us in our grieving journey. We were really interested in the Soul Retrieval session. When I called to inquire about availability and explained our situation (that my dad just died and we wanted to do a session together, could an exception be made under the circumstances), the person on the phone didn't even offer condolences on my dad's passing or any kind of understanding about our needs. I understand if a particular offering just can't work with 2 people, but at least offer another option/suggestion or even a little compassion. Given that this is a "healing" center, I would think twice about going when an employee can't provide basic compassion for death and trauma. I can't speak for the healers since I didn't receive a session, but everyone who is part of a business speaks for it and this experience spoke loudly.
