Looks like other reviewers have been unlucky and perhaps they have changed their subcontractor since then. Other garages in Runcorn that I have used have not been as good and have given poor repairs.

Well worth popping in if you need to start looking after your motor or if you're thinking of souping it up! They are right next to a huge garage as well so if you need your tyre pressure checking and to top up on petrol then you can spend an afternoon getting your car tip top, inside and out! But beware; the garage is one of the most expensive around for petrol!

However, as they're always things that will benefit my car in the long run,and probably save money, i cant grumble too much. The shop is located a bit out of town, so if you're needing bits to actually make your vehicle work you're going to have a bit of a hike to get there unless you live on that estate.

I tried to elaborate that they are rubber O-rings that are safe to use with fuel to be told they don't sell them. No attempt to look them up or see if they could maybe be ordered. Seriously how can a motor factors not know what O-rings are or be able to supply them? Ordered them online instead, why bother trying to support local businesses when this is the level of "service" they provide.

All "standard" things are in stock - oil, cleaning items, tools, etc - at really good prices. Very easy to get to; at the traffic lights at the Manchester Road and Kingsway South junction, turn towards Latchford (signposted Knutsford) and then turn into the carpark on your immediate left, before the bus stop. Very very thorough job Mark did to, super impressed with his job and he tried his best to explain every process. Cleaned every elec sensor. Would i recommend to friends & family......100%. Don't waste your money - stay well away…read more This outfit took £190 and failed to do the job that was requested - the dpf was blocked on a Vauxhall Insignia, I was told that £190 job would definitely sort out the problem, a number of weeks later and after doing no more than 100 miles the dpf filter remains blocked - I have a aa report to confirm this - this outfit claims they can clear a dpf filter with their so called chemicals - it has definitely not worked on my car - I have re contacted the business owner and he has refused to return to do the job again - avoid this company at all costs - they do not deliver on their promises - I am also contacting trading standards
