It is now sitting in their garage for yet another week. No courtesy calls to let us know how it's going and when we can expect it back. i use this garage regularly after i used to use a dealer. i find bolzs a very good garage although…read morea little expensive they aren't as dear as the dealers but still not cheap. the difference is with these guys you know the jobs getting done properly and if they encounter any problems they ring and tell you the price or if you can get away with it for a bit. on my last se3rvice when i went to pick up my car the mechanic came out and told me my brakes were at 20% and a few other things, where as at a dealer you just get a sheet. much better customer appreciation
