It's in a great location, it's always spotless, and the staff is always friendly. I have sent TONS of people there over the years, as well as my entire family. We have all enjoyed getting our nails done here for as long as its been open. Throughout the years, the changes Hannah and Christine made have kept up with the times, and made the salon look gorgeous. I always leave happy! I recently relocated, and miss having them do my nails every two weeks. But I'm happy to know they still take great care of my family, friends and all of their customers! If you're looking for the best place to get your nails done in Orlando, look no further, this is the place!! Also I was in the salon the day Yulia K. is talking about, and I have been in the salon a few other times when she was getting her nails done. Every time I have been there when she has been there, I have witnessed her being very difficult. She wasn't the nicest to the staff, and made everyone in the salon feel awkward. Beautiful interior, I was taken to the station right on time & offered a coffee as well! Brittany was very thorough and I really liked all the products they were using. So...given that I followed her here, to a location further away from my house, I suppose it is safe to say that I'm a fan of her work. This place benefits to have her. I was pleased to find that they offer the clients a reward system - after you receive a certain number of services you get a discount on your next service. This is a nice perk to now have access to. It is easy for me to make appointments as I am able to make contact directly. They accept cards and Zelle as forms of payment but note that the 2.5% credit card fee is passed on to the customer. Also, if you choose to pay via Zelle, you'll have to manually add on any desired tip amount unless you prefer to give your tech their tip in cash. Their prices are a little more than what I was paying previously so I made some slight modifications to what I usually get done. The facility is a good size with a good number of pedicure chairs and tech tables. There is one room for waxing and services that use or require privacy. The ambiance is calm, and the lighting is bright. I noticed that they did add a bit of Holdiay decor with each of the Fall holidays. The business is located in a small strip mall so there is a good amount of parking all around the building. Thus far, I've always been fortunate enough to find a parking spot near the entrance.

The tech went and got the clear gel didn't say it would be an extra charge- I did not ask for gel. 1- drying time didn't matter because I still had to do my nails. And 2- I didn't want none of the colors they had for my toes. I have Mooncat polish at home. Extra $5 for shaping my nails into almond. Honestly I was going to tip her the $10 because she put in so much work shaping my nails so they looked good. If you provide a service don't nickel and dime your customers. Why tip? You did not go above and beyond in our service. I had to tell you the drill hurt me twice. My hands were gritty was the powders and filing but you didn't instruct me to wash my hand during the service just put cutícula oils on my hands so I looked at them and pointed out my cuticle was lifting on my hand and you then cleaned them up. And was like your done. I went to my car to pour water on them, had powder all on my wrist.

Again Tina is skilled in getting those ingrown skin out and using the foot file tool to shave of those hard dead skin. She also is great with light conversation!!! The lady who had me used the electric buzzer for my cuticle work around my toenails and then proceeded to do it on top of all of my toenails, which should not make sense as they were healthy and clean and I was not getting acrylic or gel. For the massage portion was very weak and I totally understand keeping gloves on your fingers but they were a size too big for her so the plastic was rubbing around my leg a little bit more than her fingers were. It was just awkward and bad. They asked multiple times if I wanted to upgrade my pedicure but I always like to see what the basic is first and then go from there. I was not impressed. My friend got an upgraded one because she wanted the extra salt scrub or something, and the lady was okay but literally never cut one of her toenails so her her big toenails were two completely different sizes that was really noticeable if you looked down. I did not look at her toes until we were outside and I told her to turn around and go back in and fix it immediately and she said she would just do it at her normal pedicure place when she got home. She does not do confrontation. Overall it was not a huge deal because toenails can grow out and it will take a couple weeks for everything to go back to normal.
