Be prepared to have the wrong polish put on and be asked over and over what do you want Pedicure and Manicure? So what I wanted to be a mice day ended up with only pedicures. And this woman could clearly see I had chipped polish on my fingers and I chose a color from the Gel Collection. Going to Millenia Mall to get my gel nails completed. I wish I could leave zero stars. This was the worst place I've been too so far. I came to get a fill, he nail tech had no idea what she was doing. I sat in her chair for 2 hours and this is how much she got done. she did not know how to properly apply for the acrylic and my nails looked a mess. She was very slow and unsure as to what she was doing. I respectfully got out of her chair, paid for the service and left. My mom, sister, and I came here during our time here in Florida. We should've gotten it back home in California though because it was complete waste of our money. Same price for a downgraded quality. Don't get me wrong, the ladies who did our manicures & pedicures were really nice and I'm sure are very good at their job but idk what happened during our sessions.. My mom just wanted a pedicure and had absolutely no problems with her lady. As for my sister, her nail lady was taking her sweet time on her pedicure.. we both started at the same time and by the time I was done, she was barely getting her mani.. I'm sure her nail lady just wanted to do a perfect job, but there was an hour and a half solely spent on her toes! By the time my sister was ready to go home, so was the entire staff! As for me, I've heard many horror stories from friends and coworkers about fungus or way too much filing or cutting, but it wasn't until I went here that I've experienced any. By the time my nails were finished, I had multiple areas near my nails where I was bleeding. She had cut all my cuticles off and then some! It was pretty much nonstop clippings of my skin. I was aware that I had a lot since the last time I had gotten a manicure was over a year ago but damn! She should know when to stop.. and then when she saw the blood, she had told me it was because I was dry and needed to moisturize... UH, YOU JUST CUT IT WAY TOO MUCH lady! Not only that but I had told her I wanted an almond shape to my nails but I don't think she understood, so I didn't even bother to correct her when she ended up filing them into a crooked diamond shape.. she kept saying my nails were way too short to file them but if you're a professional then you should be able to work with what you got. I seriously had enough nail space to begin with to get a nice round shape to them & what did she do? She squared them.. unevenly! Last but not least, I wanted a matte coat to my nails. I noticed that after she had finished, the matte wasn't covering the entire nail which made it look like my nails were still wet because of the gloss sticking out at the edges. It was a complete disaster and I am utterly unsatisfied with my manicure! read more

I usually don't write reviews much anymore, unless I love something or hate it. I was here Saturday night & I had a great time. I've been coming here on & off for years. The name has changed a few times, so I'm not sure if the owners/staff have changed, as well, but I've never had a bad experience here. My favorite thing might just be that it's across the street from the Florida Mall, so I can be girly & get a mani & pedi and then I can go shopping! In my opinion, this location is reasonably priced. They take their time and worry about the little details. It takes a while, which might not be great for those in a rush, but I definitely always make sure I have plenty of time when getting a mani/pedi because I want to relax! I love sitting in those message chairs, while getting a pedi! Plus, a "regular" pedi here is done with hot stones, which makes it feel a little extra special, without having to pay more! I will definitely continue coming back! read more

I asked the nail technician if she could do a french manicure with glitter nail polish instead of plain white, she said yes. She globed on the nail polish so thick there's literally a speed bump at the end of each nail, it looks bizarre. On top of that, whatever no brand gel nail polish they use started peeling in less than a week. No wonder their prices are so low read more

Very pleasant staff. I was a walk in. I had a basic manicure. I lived near NYC , I thought 20.00 steep. No gel.....I felt technician had to much polish on nails. I observed the polish, sat a very long time, still smudge. Also for that price I expected more detail on my cuticles. Often hot wash clothes on hands, cream, nothing. At best this was worth 11.00.......I'm surprised with the competition. They were pleasant and thanked me. But no thanks on return. read more

This place has everything that I look for in a nails salon; hygiene, friendly staff, pretty colors and reasonable prices. It even has massage chairs that make you relax and forget about your problems for 45 minutes. Besides if is just one block away from the fl mall so it is perfect if your are planning a stress free day of shopping and good food. read more

Horrible experience with Tammy !! I had shellac done. She only coated with clear shellac one time. Everywhere I've had it done before has done 2 coats. Polish uneven and specks throughout! Filed uneven. Nails were catching on clothes and polish lifting within 2 days. When I came in to have it fixed Tammy argued with me that somehow it was my fault. That she had only done a polish change. Which was incorrect. She then said I only paid $15. I said I paid what you told me shellac costs. I gave her a 20% tip and was referred by a co worker. Then she said it was because I didn't do a manicure. I do a manicure every other visit and has no bearing on the quality of the work. The quality is terrible and you get treated disrespectfully. I explained i didnt have all day to argue with her. I just wanted to know if she was going to correct. She said yes. I said ok. Thats all I needed to know. She then proceeded to talk about me to other employees and her current client. I had to tell her I would appreciate it if she didn't talk about me. Never been treated so disrespectfully in a nail salon. Tammy made me wait 30 minutes during my 1 hour lunch ; to then ignore me. When I asked if she was going to fix my nails. She ignored me. I left. I will never return and will never recommend. You lost me as a customer. read more

This used to be my favorite nail place! I went like six times and my nails always came out perfect. My nail tech used to be the only guy there, never got his name but he was awesome. So one day I go to get my nails done and they tell me that he doesn't work there anymore?! I gave them the benefit of the doubt and let the English speaking lady do my nails. I just wanted almond nails with no polish. First of all she filled my nails so hard that the drill was burning my nails , second the nails are all different lengths and it wasn't even almond shape more like pecan shape! I was showing her a picture of how I wanted them. I looked at them and told her I didn't like them and she said that they where nice and that she spend to much time on them. Obviously she didn't or I would have liked it . She called the older Asian lady and she came and said they where nice and I said no and then she said that I'm taking it off because it's my fault! Uh no it's your unqualified nail techs fault!I made her soak them off and again she filed all my real nails off . My nails where tender for like 2 whole months. Point is this place sucks after the good nail tech quit this place ain't shit! STOP CHOP SHOPS! read more
