The Butter Chicken was surprisingly nuanced, with warm spices and a great combo of flavors. I'm used to Butter Chicken being some of the simplest Indian cuisine, so shout-out to India Palace for not being afraid to add some character to it. I really wish they allowed customers to schedule online orders for pickup at 5pm or even 5:15. They do not charge a service fee, which is a big deal for restaurants in 2026.
