I have had eczema for as long as I can remember, but it reached an intensity that I had never seen before. I was unbearably itchy all over and all the damn time. I was scratching through layers of skin until I was oozing and bleeding. My skin was rough, red, inflamed, and I had what looked like hives and rashes all over my body. I was having restless and sleepless nights. Showering, working out/sweating, and applying moisturizer/creams/ointments would be incredibly painful. I had to cancel appointments with clients and completely call out of work because of my eczema. The doctor I was seeing at that time told me to use a steroid cream and in time the eczema would go away. But my skin was only getting worse and worse. I was getting desperate. I had never considered acupuncture and herbal treatment, but I decided to reach out to TY Wellness Center after reading the reviews and realizing that I desperately needed answers. I was able to schedule an appointment very quickly. I met with Dr. Choi and Dr. Park and they were so welcoming, understanding, and knowledgable. I've struggled with chronic gastritis, IBS, and have always had a sensitive stomach as well as bad allergies (I was taking a daily antihistamine).
