I went in desperate, after seeing a couple of doctors who couldn't figure out what was wrong and who prescribed me pills with lots of side effects that I was hesitant to take, and another acupuncturist who couldn't resolve the issue. I have never been so excited to write a review about someone who has already changed my life in a ONE week! As a Stage IV cancer survivor, I suffer from REALLY bad Neuropathy as a result of chemotherapy. He checked my pulse & explained to me what else was going on inside my body without even having to tell him what I had been through the past few months. After a very thorough consultation, I had my 1st treatment with Dr. Lee. He pinpointed (pun intended!) the areas he was going to focus on & treat during the session. Dr. Lee is very concerned about his patients & their comfort levels. As each needle was being placed, he kept asking if I was OK, then he would proceed with placing more needles. I have never had an acupuncturist be this thorough and this in depth with educating me on the process and principles. The space is very clean and comfortable and like I said Dr. Lee will prioritize your comfort the whole time you are there, from checking in on you, making sure you aren't in pain as well as making sure you are at a comfortable temperature. During certain sessions I have asked for extra care on my knees, feet or other aches in my body from working out or sleeping weird and every time it is like a MIRACLE- I always feel the ache or pain go away usually by the next morning. He also hits extra points if I haven't been sleeping well or have been stressed, anxious or depressed. Its amazing how much acupuncture helps with mental and emotional health just as much as physical. I've had migraine for many years until one day it was so bad that medication took a very long time before it worked. The following day, for no reason I didn't feel good and when I checked my blood pressure it was really high in the 170s/ 90 (I don't have any heart condition). To make the Long story short, I ended up in the Emergency room with a blood pressure of 213/90. Tests and scans were done, they found an aneurysm in the occipital area of my brain. After I was sent home, I thought of immediately getting acupuncture to help with my recovery as I wait to see a neurosurgeon. I searched in Yelp and researched acupuncture clinics with good reviews and I found Miracle Acupuncture with 5 star reviews. I called and set an appointment, to my surprise and I was accommodated despite the full booking for the same day. The clinic's location is close to my home. There's ample parking on the ground floor and more in the basement with elevator access. The clinic is bright, neat and clean. Soon enough I was greeted by Dr. Lee himself, he was friendly, polite and spoke with a soft voice. He gave clear instructions to fill out the paperwork, then we discussed my condition and plan of treatment. He then showed me to one of treatment rooms where I received acupuncture therapy. He would explain the procedure and for what purpose each needle would be treating. The rooms are neat and clean. The equipments he used were all new and sanitized. He would check on me from time to time and made sure I was comfortable and needed anything. After each session I would feel alleviated of my symptoms. I'm really happy I found Dr. Lee of Miracle Acupuncture. He's helped me with my migraine headaches and stabilize my blood pressure. He's so easy to talk to and listens to your ailments and would provide the necessary treatment. Not sure why it took me so long to write this, I guess Dr. Brandon Yee doesn't need more people leaving 5 star reviews! But wanted to share that I've been here a few times now and every session has left me waking up the next day feeling much better than I've felt. On my first visit he did an examination of my tongue and pulse and was able to actual come up with a pretty solid diagnosis based on that! I didn't tell him about previous health issues, he was just able to tell. He then treated me for stress/anxiety and other issues. After that I've also been in for sinus stuff, I've had sinus issues my entire life and has taken all kinds of medication for it, it feels like Dr. Yee was able to help almost cure it overnight. From the moment you walk in, you can tell Dr Lee is an extremely humble, caring, and intelligent person. I initially came to him for help with severe migraines, and since then, he has helped me with so many other issues. From back pain to weight loss, the results have been amazing. Where do I start? Dr. Lee not only is beyond kind and gentle- he truly wants ALL of his patients to get better. I unfortunately came to him because I was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. All the doctor's I've been to over the years have not been able to pinpoint the exact cause. I've been given numerous tests including blood work, X-rays, ultrasounds, and other miscellaneous tests to no avail. To all my doctors I looked to be perfectly healthy. My boyfriend recommended I look into acupuncture. Honestly the best decision I could have ever made.
