The staff is so incredibly friendly and kind. They totally engaged my son, informed him about every step they did so he wasn't the least bid afraid or nervous. I swear the hardest part was my son choosing what flavor toothpaste he wanted! We didn't have a horribly long wait, which seemed even shorter because my son was completely entertained the whole time and wasn't asking "when can we go" 15 times. (Oh, how I wish there was a place like this when I was a kid!!) Let me give a little tip: I "played dentist" a couple times beforehand... looking at his teeth, taking my finger and scratching his teeth... and he has a spin brush.
