The staff is so incredibly friendly and kind. They totally engaged my son, informed him about every step they did so he wasn't the least bid afraid or nervous. I swear the hardest part was my son choosing what flavor toothpaste he wanted! We didn't have a horribly long wait, which seemed even shorter because my son was completely entertained the whole time and wasn't asking "when can we go" 15 times. (Oh, how I wish there was a place like this when I was a kid!!) Let me give a little tip: I "played dentist" a couple times beforehand... looking at his teeth, taking my finger and scratching his teeth... and he has a spin brush. So my son wasn't surprised at all when they did the same things. I think it truly helped. You can't go wrong here. :)

The Warnicks, just keep getting better and better, when you're the best, I don't know how you can get any better, but they keep finding many ways to make that happen, what and incredible staff they have at all locations, I'm originally from Saint Albans, and I am very partial to that location, however, I have visited all locations and they all are great people.
