I showed up two minutes after that I let her know my reasoning. Only showing up late because they told me they were running behind, I'm dealing with a lot this morning because my brother died this week, she did not offer me any condolences. She did not try to see where I was coming from only told me that I needed to reschedule my appointment which I could not do since this is a tooth emergency and obviously can't make time for it this week. So as a patient I felt like a burden to their day and felt guilty for having my 4 extractions as though they could barely tolerate my presence. I have asked for feedback to find out what I might have done to so offend them, but they have not returned my call. I just felt awful, as though I had done something wrong and I am not sure that's the normal experience for new patients. Again, I hope to hear why they found me so disdainful. But it really was so uncomfortable I now feel worse (guilty) and worry about returning for subsequent care.

I had an awful eating disorder when I was younger that has ravaged my smile. I had a difficult time even opening my mouth when I first found the nerve to go and see him. I WILL NEVER FORGET, (tears in rolling down my cheeks) this angel of a man, leaning down and whispering, "Don't worry, sweetie. I'm going to make your teeth look brand new, like they just grew in!" He has already done so much work on my mouth and I always wonder how he does it afterwards. I'll have so much done and I will barely even notice it the next day. Goodness gracious and then there is his team. They were initially what kept giving me the courage to come back. I ADORE THEM. I truly love them all. Stumbled across Dr. Sauter thanks to a neighbor's suggestion The staff is fantastic, and Dr. Sauter got said evil wisdom tooth and the molar out with almost no discomfort. They're good enough that they've even managed to convince me to come back for my cleanings (remember, I hate dentists, so this is a major accomplishment). I can't recommend Dr. Sauter enough.
