When we paid the bill and refused to pay the service charge for the above reasons, the staff forced a 10% service charge without our consent. This is forced consumption!!! We should have turned to the local law enforcement authorities, but doing so would have ruined our entire trip -- and that is exactly why they acted so blatantly. I believe that in any modern country, such behavior is against the law!!! We had a wonderful trip in Turkey, but actions like this disgrace your country!!!
