We decided to stay here twice within eight days on a recent trip through Western Turkey. The first…read morevisit was OK as we were so tired from three long flights. We used their restaurant and the food was overpriced and tasteless. The proximity to the airport and the free shuttle did help of course. On visit two, we were accustomed to Turkish prices and services so we really knew how high their price was. We also had to ask for a change of rooms due to inadequate air conditioning. The service desk staff seemed totally distracted on both occasions which made us feel unwelcome. We'd suggest taking a taxi to a different nearby hotel unless location for early flights is vital. I will also add that the rooms are very nicely appointed and very current. The beds are super comfortable as well.
