I had called several other places and none of them were as practical as these guys. As soon as the two electricians came by, they got to work by taking the fan up into the attic, finding a good enough power source to create an additional line, and were finished within an hour or so. They were all business, in and out, very efficient. Not very personable, but they did communicate their efforts without running into any difficulties. Definitely Experienced electricians. I would surely recommend this business if you need something installed --and don't want to go through the business of wasting a morning talking to someone else, who will charge you more. Nice job guys!

Our long term electrician retired and we had a split 20amp line ( powering an indoor sauna and an…read moreoutside outlet) which needed to be replaced. My wife and I looked on Yelp for someone we felt would click. We are very old school regarding customer service. Well, we chose very wisely. From the first phone call to finishing the job and all the steps in between, Ben and his assistant from In N Out Electrical were everything we'd hoped for. Professional. Kind. Patient. Very good communication. They assessed the job and finished in a very short time. Ben even adjusted our breaker box which, because of age ( it's almost 75 years old) which was definitely going above and beyond what we asked for. With the economy being what it is, we found In N Out's pricing to be fair and reasonable. This is a first class team. If you are looking for an electrician my wife and I highly recommend In N Out Electrical.

What I also loved was that they replied on Yelp quickly with a price quote after I answered a few of their questions. No drama of "let's set up a time to come and give an estimate etc." He was straight and to the point which I like. I hate when I request services on yelp and I get an automated response of "please give us your number and we will call you soon." This was not that at all. As I said, direct and to the point AND the price was very fair! I highly recommend! A++

I highly recommend Arman. Look no further for any electrical needs…read more Arman was responsive on Yelp and it was very simple to schedule our appointment. He texted me with an update on his arrival time, which I also appreciated. I had a couple things for him to look at - a fan in our laundry room, loose wires left in cabinets by previous owners from a sound system, and an EV charging unit that was installed on the side of my house. My goal was to repair the laundry fan, tie back the loose wires and make sure they were safe for our baby, and to get the EV station working so I could use it. He addressed all of it in a couple of hours. He actually removed the existing EV and installed a new outlet that would accommodate my fast charger. I was super happy with his work, and we will continue to use him again for any electrical needs. He is also extremely kind and direct, which I always appreciate and I feel he gave us a very fair price. The quality and value are the best I've seen from an electrician in LA.

These five stars should be lit by mega-watt electric bulbs. Burbank Electric's Wayne B is the…read moreelectrician who other electricians call. He's the best. Like many Burbankers living in a 70-year-old fixer, turning on the iron and the toaster oven at the same time was an iffy proposition. It was electric panel replacement time, as my old fuse box was straight out of The Shining. Having no power one day, I found Burbank Electric on nextdoor.com, where Wayne + crew were recommended 10x more than anybody else. That same day, Wayne appeared with a fix to get the power back on while we plotted a new panel replacement. It's not cheap, but you are only going to do it once. Wayne pulled all the permits, handled the inspections, and did a seamless job. Now I can turn everything on at once. Many of the the "Yelp-sponsored" electricians (there are 18) are not even in Burbank, and dispatch from some other location. Go with a local superstar who has probably already done work on your street. Wayne's been back to my place for minor stuff, exactly as scheduled. He's also the nicest guy in Burbank. Electrical problems? Dry your tears and call this guy!

I called Marat, told him I wanted a 200 electrical panel, and he was able to quote me with an excellent price by seeing a picture via text of the existing electrical panel. Given that it was my first time buying a home and not knowing anything about permits and the procedure, Marat walked me through it. He advised that I needed to call LADWP to schedule an appointment with a tech who would mark the spot of the new meter. He then said once there is a meter spot, Marat will get to work --and he did immediately after I got the meter spot. In fact, Marat was there the next day! He worked on the panel for a couple of days, along with his son, and once he installed it, he took care of scheduling the appointment with LADBS. Since I saw how excellent Marat was as an electrician, I also had him install recess lighting in the living room, hallway, family room, and kitchen (amazing job) . I had him install 5 hardwired POE cameras throughout my house. And I also had him check all my GFCI outlets throughout the house and had him replace the ones not working. Marat is not only the ultimate professional who excels at his craft, but he is also very nice and easy going. I highly recommend him for any electrical job.
