The first one was replacing an unknown broken clean-out pipe. Then locating and emptying a full tank that the previous owner had poured grease into. His cost to complete these tasks was extremely reasonable! The next job included finding a septic tank without a clean-out. What a puzzle this was to solve! Not only did his crew work tirelessly to locate it, they did not give up until it was found! This included crawling under the house to locate the plumbing. Then they traced the pipe until the tank was found. They did an extraordinary job adding a clean-out and pumping the tank that had objects in it that should have never been flushed! I then got to thinking that I had a refrigerator that wasn't working right. So, I called him and set up a date for him to come to my house. He showed up and immediately went to work on my fridge. When he found what was wrong with it, he showed me and said that he would have to see if he had a fan. If he did not it would be 2 to 3 days before he could get back to it. I told him that was fine and asked him what I owed. He told me it would be $148. I paid him $160 and told him to keep the change for when he came back to finish it. I waited a week and called him. I left a message because he did not answer. Well, the next week i left another message. Then i texted him. He has never called back. This was mid May when he done it. I finally went to Lowes and bought a new one. Then, i find out that all I had to do is let my fridge thaw for a couple of days and plug it back in. I'm at a total loss at what to say. Kayce was very helpful when a customer left their laundry in the dryers, and they happened to be the only open ones that took card, she helped by removing the items and sanitizing the washer for me. She is very sweet and easy to work with when I needed help and has kept the laundromat clean the whole time I've been here. The prices were also decent for what I got out of the machines.
