I can't say enough about Mike and his crew at Grand Lake Septic! He undertook two projects for us,…read moreand neither of them were easy. The first one was replacing an unknown broken clean-out pipe. Then locating and emptying a full tank that the previous owner had poured grease into. His cost to complete these tasks was extremely reasonable! The next job included finding a septic tank without a clean-out. What a puzzle this was to solve! Not only did his crew work tirelessly to locate it, they did not give up until it was found! This included crawling under the house to locate the plumbing. Then they traced the pipe until the tank was found. They did an extraordinary job adding a clean-out and pumping the tank that had objects in it that should have never been flushed! I would recommend Grand Lake Septic over and over. I can't say enough good things about this crew. Please use Grand Lake Septic for all your septic service needs. I do not believe you will be disappointed!

Wow, what a contrast to so many locally owned companies! As soon as I made the appointment to have…read moreour ducts cleaned, I got a text and email confirming the information. On the morning of the appointment I received a text message with the names of the men who would be coming to my house. About 20 minutes out I received a courtesy call from one of them telling me they were about 20 minutes out. They arrived right at the appointment time originally set. They were happy, eager to work, answered questions, offered suggestions, let us watch them work and see the issues they saw in their 'scope' they put in one of the vents. They picked up after themselves, either took their shoes off in the house or covered them with dust covers - very professional and pleasant to talk to. They offer several services, one of one is a heavy plastic/rubber sheeting in the crawl space that seals the space completely - after our experience today we will for sure use them for this service. Great company!

I was impressed at…read morefirst with 1st Choice Heating but upon working (or trying) to work with them further the more I became wary and distrusting of this company. My HVAC died and it's old, they don't make it anymore. I'm also dealing with a horrible warranty company. When their tech came out, he was personable and very helpful and went a little above and beyond to help me which was impressive. The second time they came out, felt the same way. The situation still wasn't resolved as I was informed by my warranty company I needed a second opinion from a DIFFERENT company. Brad told me he would stick by me and help me out. The day of our third appointment came and Brad was going to come back with a friend of another company. He called 5 min before my appointment and canceled. I asked him to get back to me ASAP to reschedule as I work full time. A week goes by and I don't hear back from anyone even after texting. I finally heard back and was told that I need to go with a different company. There were other odd reasonings as to why they couldn't come out or accommodate me. I was also quoted SUPER high. Disappointed and confused by my experience with first heating, just be wary and use your judgment.

They are the ONLY Heat and Air company I will ever use again. Old school honesty and AAA+ service Thanks Dustin, Chris, Joe.

Then he came by again just to check on us and make sure everything was good, (we hadn't met him the first time as we were out of town). He worked with the equipment company and was able to get the necessary parts and had it all fixed within hours. The other company did nothing to fix the problem except charge us a lot of money and tell us it would take a couple of days for the water to clear. Huston's is reliable, professional, knowledgeable, and just really great, nice people! Thank you
