I had a bad experience with this company. I scheduled the appointment online and listed all of my…read moreitems that needed to be picked up. The guys did not arrive on time. They were several hours late, and claimed they had to go trade out trucks before coming to my house. Unfortunately, the truck they brought was half full of cardboard. I was quoted one full truck price, but they soon discovered that all of my items wouldn't fit due to half the truck having cardboard already in it from somewhere else. Then they told me they would have to come back the next day. The next day they were late again, but loaded up the rest of my items. This time the guy who gave me the full truck quote wasn't with them. They told me that the price was for a truck and a 4th. This was more than I was quoted and disappointing, since I overheard the guy on the first day tell his boss on the phone that the truck was half full when they arrived. I questioned the guy on the 2nd day, but was told I had to pay more. I paid it, but immediately gave feedback to the company after. I received an email apologizing and that I would hear from the manager that day. I didn't! I reached out again and again I was told I would hear from the manager that day. I never heard from him, so I'm leaving this bad review. Do not call this company! They will scam you, like they did to me!

Hogbox sold the dumpster division to Merck recycling and waste so the second 30 yard container came invoiced from Merck, Paid in full in advance. 10 days ago I received another invoice for around 600 bucks with no explanation. I asked for a clarification and no response with email, voicemail, text msg. I replied to the invoice NOT to charge my account. They did it anyway without authorization. Finally got to talk with a person in accounting and listened to the most lame dumbass reason for the charge (which was 2 separate amounts combined) I just asked them to come and get their container off my property. Too bad... Fraudsters and ripoff's.
