She immediately understood my "difficult" fine hair and listened carefully to what I wanted. Not only did she understand my vision, but she executed it perfectly! My blowout looked fantastic and held beautifully throughout the evening. Kaytie is an incredibly talented stylist, and I couldn't have been happier with the results. During the appointment, I told my stylist I wasn't loving it, and she told me to live with it and come back, versus getting it fixed while still there (there was still time left in my appointment). I did end up coming back, and the front desk was super helpful getting me in for another quick appointment! But my hair really was not any better when I left, definitely the worst cut I have had. I've been wearing my hair up since my appointment and even bought my own shears to get rid of the chunks of hair that were hanging lower than the rest.
