I was pleased to learn the salon boasted a roster of talented stylists, ensuring availability for future appointments, even if Jenny were unavailable. While the salon would benefit from a more detailed website, the welcoming approach of Jenny during my consultation proved that a simple visit could effortlessly meet anyone's needs. There are several payment methods but it seems to differ between stylists so it would be best to check to see if yours is accepted, just in case. The salon exuded a casual vibe, with well maintained stations, reminiscent of a cozy, well-tended living room. The music playlist was well-curated as well. On my initial visit, the relaxed environment facilitated enjoyable conversations with Jenny, interspersed with comfortable silences, devoid of any compulsion to fill them. My hair has so many different thicknesses and lengths now. I always loved my thick wavy hair, but now I am going to have to wear a hat for a year!! My hair doesn't grow fast at all. Who cuts a person's hair only an inch long at the crown? (Unless you're a man) My hair has never been this short! I did not ask for short hair. I asked for her to even it out. My hair was at least 6 inches long - now it's an inch or shorter. I'm so disgusted and going into the holidays like this. I do not recommend this place. It was close to home and I gave them one too many chances.

My most recent conditioner shipment confirmed the conditioner hates the package too. The seam at the other end of the tube exploded from the strain. I now use it by squeezing it out of the other end. I have other nice conditioners in hand and will give my conditioner subscription a rest for a while. I hope Chris's team is reading these.
