I would give zero stars if I could. DO NOT get your lash extensions done by Desi. Worst experience ever. Desi advertised single mink lashes and what I got was this: 1. By the time I got home my lashes were all turning all sorts of strange ways, and I couldn't fix them with a lash comb. 2. Lash segments with so much glue on them they irritated my eyelids, and I had to remove them the next day. 3. Glue all over my bottom lashes. 4. Glue in my right eye. 5. Her add stated full set, it didn't say what type, and I wanted hybrid, so she charged me an extra $50 over my Groupon. 6. She refuses to give me my money back and forget trying to get a hold of Groupon. read more

Desi was wondering! She was always friendly and kind. She was super flexible and accommodating. I would highly recommend her. However, the 6 laser hair treatments didn't work at all. I'm not sure if it's because the setting wasn't up high enough or if I need more treatments, but I honestly didn't see much of a difference with the 6 treatments I got. Got a really great microdermabrasion facial with Desi today and my skin feels AWESOME! Desi was so cool and thorough with the facial and pointed me to some really great future treatments. Loves going here to get facials from Sarah. She is super professional and wants to make sure that you get your monies worth and have a great experience. Even though I love getting treatments from Sarah, I will not be going anymore to this salon. The reason is the owner. I had booked a treatment that used one of the machines, my appointment was in the books and everything. The day of my appointment the owner decided that she wanted the room and I couldn't get what I had originally wanted. Sarah was super apologetic and we did other things, but it wasn't what I had originally wanted. Jen gave me the worst Experience She has the personality of a fish actually I think a fish has more personality No smiles no hello no thank you didn't even talk to me as I was getting my haircut. Granted I told her I was a picky customer and because of it I got a mismash haircut. When I showed her a section of hair she missed she threw up her hands and said she wasn't going to fix it. Sarah Is sweet but unfortunately the eyelash extensions don't stay more than a week. I followed all instructions and even bought her serum. I don't think these eyelash extensions are top of the line or even mink they feel like the regular lashes you get in store.super disappointing. My first set fell off in five days. The second time around was supposed to be just a fill but I needed a whole new set which half fell out the next day. read more

Please do not go to this place! I found it on Groupon and told them what happen & they said they could do nothing! I bought the deluxe package for around $74.00 and totally got taken!!! Desi the person who apply the eyelashes did it under 45minutes. I have shopped around & it usually takes 2-3 hours but, it least you get some one who know how to do it! She basically put on two Strips of fake lashes and they look fake because they are supposed to use mink and they did not! She complained about how greedy Groupon was & that was the only way to get customers!That is what she was selling on Groupon! She is rude & the Salon is very dirty inside . The were no customers and not a very inviting outside or inside!I have 2 more appointments but, I will never go back! I went initially for a Groupon for eyelash extensions. Desi is very talented and they were done well. Two weeks later, I went in for a fill. Sadly, the entire environment of the salon was very unprofessional. It's great when customers and employees are comfortable. However, some of the things I could hear the staff talking about had no place in a service environment. Desi's talent is worth going there, but the rest of the experience was not. read more

This place is way nicer than super cuts or great clips but same low price. My husband got his hair cut for $9.95 and no wait on a Friday afternoon. The ladies working there were very friendly and took their time. The place is clean and spacious and well equipped. They have a tanning bed that I plan on going back for and they also offer waxing, and Mani pedi. Only reason for 4 is the hairstylist my husband had was new and it was obvious. read more

Just went for haircuts for myself, and my two boys- what a great salon! Bob, the owner, is to be commended for creating such a pleasant environment, and hiring such great talent. All of the stylists are wonderful- Jessie, the gal who did my hair, really understood what's going on with my hair (intensive cowlicks), and that's kind of rare. The boys looked better than they ever have, after a haircut- the gentleman who did my oldest boy's hair gave him a cute cut with 3 options for how to wear it, and the gal who did my youngest's did a fauxhawk sort of thing that really works well with his cowlick issue. I could not be more pleased- we will be going back. They're as affordable as the Big Chain salons, but the atmosphere & experience is 1000% better. My daughter and I both had cuts and highlights done here around the first of the year. The employees seemed really nice (although they continuously bashed on one of the other stylists as soon as she left which I was offended by). All in all our hair turned out good. A few weeks ago my boyfriend bought me a gift certificate from Hair Plus so that I could get my hair done again. I called twice asking about scheduling something after work but was told "no appointment needed." Today after seeing they were scheduled to be open until 8 pm I rearranged things at work to leave early and give them plenty of time. I called again to make sure I had enough time. When I called I was told they closed at seven today (an obvious lie) and that they just couldn't get a color done in that amount of time. I questioned how a color could not be done in two hours but was just told you never know how long it may take to set and what else needs to be done for it to work. Overall, I was refused a cut and color when they had three hours to do it. I am extremely disappointed that I have this gift certificate that I have no desire to use. read more
